She has a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. She is an author and speaker on embodiment, women’s empowerment, body image, self-compassion, mind/body duality and recovery. Her first book, Befriending Your Body: A Self-Compassionate Approach to Freeing Yourself from Disordered Eating, was released through Shambhala publications in August, 2018. Ann is also a Certified Yoga Therapist (CIAYT) and a certified mindfulness and self-compassion teacher through the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program.
Evan Rock is the owner of Saratoga Awareness, where she practices massage therapy and the Feldenkrais Method® in Saratoga Springs and Albany. Evan has been in the massage and bodywork field since 2010 and a business owner since 2015. As a painter and photographer, Hillary never sees the world the same way twice. Her work has been shown in Albany Center Gallery, Spring Street Gallery Saratoga Springs, Yaddo exhibit ‘Taking Flight’ curated by Tristan Kirvin and is regularly featured in the traveling exhibits of the Schenectady Photographic Society. Hillary’s work received an honorable mention award in the 2018 FENCE Select exhibit at The Arts Center of the Capital Region. She credits her art residency at Atelier de la Rose in Montcabrier France for opening her artistic eye and changing how she seeks power & beauty in her images. A multi medium artist, Hillary hopes to instill a purpose to her images, whether in paintings or photographs.
In 2019, Hillary will be studying with Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Essdras M. Suarez.

Earth's Last Straw was created in February 2018 when the founder of the campaign, Jill Fecteau, was sitting a bar in Boston venting about single-use plastics and their detrimental impacts on the environment. Not only about the environmental impacts, but how we, as humans, have begun to not even think about the fact that we take these single-use products and use them on average for an hour or so. They are then discarded and take hundreds, yes hundreds, of years to break down.
